Swimming

It was 20 years ago. When I was younger i.e. 15 years old. My father used to say that swimming is an art. Keeping his things in mind, I started learning to swim and after a few months I became a good swimmer.

Once I went for a bath in the village pond with my colleagues. After about half an hour, the same voice started coming from all the sides of the pool to save the boy. All the swimmers who were present in the pool started to repeat that boy. All the swimmers dived and were exhausted.

After about seven minutes, everyone had given up that now they are happy to find that boy. Then my father remembered that swimming is an art, so why not use this art one more time. Taking the name of the one above, I took a long breath and took a dip and went to a depth of about 10 feet and found the boy and he got a new life.

Village Streets

My house is located in the streets of a village 18 km from the city. Some years ago, the condition of the drains over there was very bad. No neighbor used to clean the drain. When the drain started smelling very unbearable, my father and I started cleaning the drain.

One day, we together were cleaning the drain and taking out the drain and keeping it on the side of the drain. Then a neighbor hit my father’s head with a big stick. The blood started flowing. I treated my father in the village itself and complained about the incident to the sarpanch of the village. The sarpanch planted a panchal the next day and ordered my neighbors to clean the drain one by one. My father was very happy to hear this.

Visit to Rishikesh

After the evening Ganga river aarti at the Trivedi ghat of Rishikesh, he began to look carefully at the idol of Lord Shankar. That’s when I remembered the incident that happened to me three months ago.

I was waiting for the results of the twelve class exams sitting at my house. In those days the situation of the house was not good. One day my father said angrily to my mother that tell him (me) to do some work sitting at home, nothing will happen. My mother told me this thing. Then I got very angry and decided in my mind that I would do some work from home to the city.

Exactly two days later, a man from my village was getting ready to go to Rishikesh. I went to the man and said that take me with me to Rishikesh too. The man agreed. In the evening of the same day, both of us caught the train to Haridwar. The next day we reached Haridwar. Rishikesh went from Haridwar to Auto. We both rented a house. The next day wandered all day in search of work but could not find work. And slept without eating food in the evening. The next day when the same voice was heard in the open ears, take the vegetable. Both of us thought at the same time why we also sold vegetables. Then what to see, both got ready quickly and left in the jugaad of a cart. By the evening, we got hired a cart.

At about five o’clock in the morning, both of us reached the vegetable market. We bought all kinds of green vegetables. Lakshman Jhula, selling vegetables after coming out of Mandi, reached Ram Jhula from Laxman Jhula. By then all our vegetables were sold. Both of us were very happy and came to the rental house.

We had been selling vegetables for three months. Then one day we both went to Ganga Aarti at Trivedi Ghat in the evening. During the Aarti we worshiped Maa Ganga.

10th Exam

When I was studying in class 10, the education in our state was very good at that time. At that time there was no sign of copying. All those who were studying in class 10 in my village or near village were very poor except me. He also had to do more tutoring. When the final exam started in February month and ended in April. After the examination was over, all the students were very happy, and said that their result would be good. But I was not satisfied with my exam. It was just that I would somehow pass.

Two months later, when the result was published on the daily paper. All the competing students went to a small town two kilometers away from the village to see their results, but I stayed home. But my father went to see my result.

In the evening when everyone returned from the city. All the students were very unhappy except my father. My father told that all the students have failed but you have passed. I was very happy but I was saddened by how much the % would be. On the second day, it came to light that in my school’s class 10, only 13 students have passed, out of which there are seven girls and six boys. The highest score among all these 13 students was 57%.

Sleep

Suddenly, when my sleep opened, I saw that there was no one in the passenger train coach besides me. The train was stopped. When I got down from the train with my bag, I saw that the train was stopped in the workshop yard of a station. Light was flashing all around, but no man was visible. It was three o’clock in my watch at that time. The station was visible about a kilometer from there. I walked from the edge of the railroad to the station. On reaching the station, we came to know that we are at Jasidih station.

Actually I was going to take the Asansol Railway Constable Post exam from my home. I caught an express train from my nearest railway station to Patna and reached Patna around six in the evening. There was no train from Patna to Asansol, so I boarded the passenger train which was going to Jasidih. Having eaten the food brought from home, he slept on the rake to keep the thin ones even.

An express train from Jasidih to Asansol was found and I reached Asansol. Coming out of Asansol station, he took autos quickly and reached the examination place at the given time.

The next day after taking the exam, I reached home. When I told my mother about sleeping on the train, I reprimanded me and said son should not sleep in deep sleep during the journey.

Travel to Mumbai

Suddenly in the east direction from Bandra station, after half an hour I reached my village friend when I suddenly started vomiting. After a few minutes I was relaxed. In fact, the streets there are so narrow that it is very easy to cross new people. My friend lived on the second floor of a house made of wood, rented with him and four room partners. The room was so small that they were able to sleep with great smile at night.

I went to Pawan Express from my village to take the Mumbai Railway Apprentice exam. After reaching Kurla station, I reached Bandra by local train. The local train was so crowded that passengers used to travel with great smiles. Even today, there are crowded local trains. After reaching Kurla, I came to know that someone had stolen my purse from the previous pocket of my pant. My purse contained photographs of Rs 2002 and some passport size. Now I had only 578 rupees left.

Kadibali station reached by local train from Bandra station. After walking about a kilometer to the west of Kadibali station, I reached Yadavji’s house in my village. By then it was seven in the evening. Yadav ji did the guest Nawaji very well. Yadav Ji had two BHK flats at three different places. Yadav was serving as an officer in the Communication Corporation of Mumbai Central.

The next day on Sunday, I hurriedly came to Bandra from Kadibali. My exam was at an Islamia college in Bandra station west. After taking the exam, I reached Mumbai CSMT station by local train at around 3 pm. Mumbai reached Gateway of India on foot from CSMT. There I saw the Taj Hotel and the Gateway of India by the sea in the twinkling lights in the evening. The large ship and the Taj Hotel were seen very beautiful in the shining light on the seashore. On the same day, I reached Yadavji’s house Kadibali at around 10 pm.

Yadav ji took me to the Communication Corporation of India in Mumbai Central next morning. There he gave information about his office. I took goodbye from him from his office and I reached my friend’s house in Bandra. On the same day, I took a train from Kurla to my village at night.

Faith

Faith is a word that millions of people believe in and some people don’t. Today I tell the story of one of my faith. When I used to fall in the eighth grade, after a few days Sri Krishna birth date was coming. Indian people celebrate this date of birth as Lord Krishna. This date is celebrated on the eighth day of the month of Bhadra each year. At that time, I too was determined that I will also worship Lord Krishna.

We along with our friends collected donations from every house in the village. We started making pandals with donations of money. The day before the date of birth, we made a presentation of prasad made from coriander. The pandal was decorated with colorful sarees. On the day of Saptami, we arranged a statue and cradle of Shri Krishna in the pandal. On the day of Saptami, I kept a 24-hour fast without water.

The pandal was decorated with lights. After 10 o’clock in the night all the women and children of the locality came there and started singing Sri Krishna ji’s songs. At 12 o’clock in the night, people started shouting and loudly speaking. Jai of Shri Krishna ji Jai of Shri Krishna ji Then Pandit ji worshiped with me and performed Lord Sri Krishna’s Aarti. Prasad distributed. During the puja we wished Lord Krishna to be successful in life.

With this desire and faith, I continuously worshiped and prayed on Janmashtami for five years and I got success.

Celebration of 15 August

Long live Mother India. Long live Mother India.

Raising the slogan of Bande Mataram, Bande Mataram, the MLA of the main guest area unfurled the tricolor. After that, the students of the school sang the first welcome song as per the schedule.

Our country India was liberated from the British on 15 August 1947, since then all of us Indians celebrate it as Independence Day. My school had already started preparations a month to make this day a wonderful memorial. The Principal had given responsibilities to every one of the children from class six to eight. But only the five-five children were allowed to perform on stage or give speeches from each class.

After being a welcome song, the pooch children gave a speech about the lives of freedom fighters. This was followed by drama and music over the biographies of the fighters.

Mr.Guest addressed all the school children and their parents involved in the program and distributed prizes to the children. Finally, several types of sweets were distributed. All the children were very happy. I was Mike’s holder of the event. Finally the program concluded with a national song. Jai Hind.

Vow

Two kilometers away from my village, I and my father loaded the sack and cycle on top of the boat by lowering the 90 kg mustard sack from the frame of the bicycle near the river. It was a rainy season. The river water was in spate. The boat was a way to go to the city. The boat could only hold 10 to 12 people at a time. When the boat left, an uncle asked me, son, how much do you study? I answered “four”. Then Uncle said, tell me son, how much difference are there between seventy nine and eighty nine. I could not answer this question. Uncle said no matter, study hard. My father did not say anything to me at that time but his mind became very angry.

The boat reached the other bank of the river. My father and I took the sack and the bicycle down from the boat. After sacking the sack, he reached the city. Father sold mustard at a whole sale shop and got a profit of Rs. 350. With the money received, the father bought some ration and green vegetables for the house.

When I reached home in the evening, Mother gave jaggery and water for both of us to drink. But the father was angry, he told me why you do not know the difference between seventy nine and eighty nine. I did not say anything Then the father grabbed me out of the door and started beating him with slippers. He was so struck that both his legs slippers broke. I kept crying but no one saved me from their beating. Then I vowed at the same time that now I have to study diligently.

Visit of Baba Gorakhnath

At 6 pm, Indara railway station in Mau district was packed with passengers going to Gorakhpur. As soon as the express train going to Gorakhpur stopped on the platform, there was a stampede among the passengers on it. 90% of the passengers going to Gorakhpur from Indara station were boys.
